Program eligibility is based on the income of
occupants.

Any rental units that participate must be
maintained as affordable housing where families with young children receive
rental priority for a period of five years.

Temporary relocation stipends are provided for
both owner and tenant occupied units.
·
Projects are professionally managed from
application through completion.
·
Each participating unit receives a Letter of
Compliance upon completion of the work.
·
Participating units may be eligible for an
additional $1,500 state tax credit. |
