The NeighborWorks^® HomeOwnership Center of Worcester offers an extensive menu of services and programs to train, counsel, and finance both potential homebuyers and veteran homeowners. The NeighborWorks^® HomeOwnership Center of Worcester coordinates and supplements these services, including extensive referrals, within a “first-stop, one-stop” setting, enabling more residents to realize and retain their Dream of homeownership.

Rehab services include:

Preparing a detailed work write-up of your project to distribute to Licensed, Insured & Experienced contractors.
Collecting proper insurance forms, copies of applicable licenses and referrals from customers prior to a site visit to your home with the three most qualified Contractors.
Monitoring your project and schedule partial payment "draw-downs" for contractor payments at the various stages of completion.
In the event of specification changes or unforeseen conditions, producing change orders that will become an addendum to the contract with full details of the specification change and any necessary monetary adjustment.

Note: Senior Citizens may be eligible for a variety of assistance programs that the Rehabilitation and/or Lead Paint Abatement Specialist can consolidate and coordinate in order to minimize the overall costs of the project.
